Detailed Specification:

Our Office Cabins are fabricated using the best quality MS Structural Steel and CRC Sheets that provide a service life of upto 10 years. The structure is designed to be steady enough and is provided with lifting hooks in order to be lifted from the top. It is also equipped with a Trailer Locking Arrangement that provides safety during shifting.

· Paint - Underside of the cabin is coated with anti-corrosive paint. The inside is coated with red-oxide to prevent corrosion. The roof and exterior of the cabin is painted with automotive paint to give a long lasting, smooth and aesthetic finish.

· Doors & Windows -The glass door for entrance is manufactured using high quality MS Tube frame. Glazed aluminum windows are provided with sliding shutters for natural light and ventilation. Glazed Aluminum doors can also be provided at extra cost.

· Flooring –20mm thick waterproof ACC FIBRE CEMENT BOARD is used along with 2mm thick PVC/Poly Vinyl flooring. Wooden flooring can also be provided at extra cost.

· Interior - Interior finished walls and ceiling are designed using 9mm thick both side Laminated Particle Board for its tensile, non-shrinking and light weight properties creating a professional and aesthetic environment.

*We use MS Steel Tubes for framework instead of wooden batterns to avoid factors such as shrinkage, swelling and deterioration of wood by termites and other external sources.

· Electricals -The office cabin is equipped with concealed wiring, modular switches, LED lights, AC Starter Switch, Call Bell, Exterior Light and Electric fans that allowall Business Operations To Run Smoothly. Provisions for additional computer/telephone point

· Thermal insulation is provided in walls and roof with 50mm thick rockwool.

Provision for window/split Air-conditioning can be made as per the client’s requirement.

Provision for toilet with pantry, can also be made as per client’s requirement.

*Other Additional Modifications Such As Tables, Overhead Storage, Beds, Additional Bathroom Fittings,Cabinates, Lighting Fixtures, Etc Can Be Done As Per The Clients Requirements At Extra Cost As Applicable.
